Nouryon is seeking an Associate Director, Digital Products – Commercial to lead the vision, strategy, and architecture of our Marketing and Sales digital portfolio. You will own the roadmap, align with commercial stakeholders, and drive AI and automation across the prospect-to-order process.

You will ensure governance, integration with SAP SD, and industry-standard cybersecurity and data privacy practices while guiding vendors and SaaS contracts.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years in digital/IT roles with architecture experience.
• 3+ years owning a product, platform, or portfolio in commercial domain.

• Lead Product Vision & Roadmap with a prioritized backlog.
• Define Architecture & Technology Direction for marketing & sales apps.
• Drive AI & automation across the prospect-to-order process.
