Nouryon seeks an Associate Director, Digital Products – Commercial Lead, to steer the vision and architecture of the Marketing and Sales digital portfolio. You will align business goals with enterprise standards and guide AI-enabled solutions across the prospect-to-order cycle.

Leverage deep CRM and SAP integration knowledge to drive cross-functional impact, governance, and vendor management in a global, fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in digital/IT roles and hands-on solution or application architecture.
• 3+ years owning a product, platform, or application portfolio in a commercial, marketing, or sales domain.
• Experience aligning business objectives with enterprise architecture standards.

Aufgaben

• Lead Product Vision & Roadmap: Own the product vision and a prioritized roadmap with business value and cost.
• Define Architecture & Technology Direction: Own target architecture for the Marketing and Sales landscape and data flows.
• Drive AI & Advanced Solution Design: Design and drive AI and automation across the prospect-to-order process.
• Ensure Cross-Product Integration: Safeguard design integrity between Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and Logistics, incl. CRM-to-SAP connections.
• Act as Business Partner: Translate commercial strategy into product opportunities and align senior stakeholders.
• Ensure Governance & Compliance: Meet cybersecurity, data privacy, and AI governance standards; manage vendors and SaaS contracts.
