Turner & Townsend in Mexico City is seeking an Associate Director, Cost Management & Business Development to lead the Latin America practice. You will drive cost management services across diverse sectors, develop client relationships, and advance market growth across LATAM.

The role requires a strategic leader with proven experience in cost planning, procurement, and stakeholder management, plus fluency in English and Spanish. Portuguese is a plus. Hybrid work model offered.

Formación

• Fluent English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Portuguese language skills are considered a strong advantage.
• Membership with professional bodies (RICS, AACE, PMI) is desirable.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI.

Responsabilidades

• Advise clients at a strategic level on cost and commercial matters.
• Develop and manage cost plans, estimates, budgets, and benchmarking.
• Lead cost management across the full project lifecycle.
• Drive business development and client relationship growth across LATAM.
