Carrier Global Corporation, a global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions, seeks an Associate Director, Carrier Excellence Transformation, to partner with Americas leadership and drive structured, end-to-end transformation programs across supply chain, manufacturing and business functions.

You will build business cases with financial impact, coach teams, and report progress to Directors and VPs. Advanced English and 40% travel are required; an MBA is a plus.

Formación

  • Masters degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8–12+ years of experience in consulting, operational excellence, or transformation roles.
  • Experience leading large-scale, high-impact transformation or efficiency programs.
  • Strong project management skills with end-to-end ownership of initiatives.
  • Experience with senior stakeholders (Director/VP/C-level).
  • Advanced English (professional working proficiency).
  • Willingness to travel (~40%) and ability to obtain a visa if required.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead all Carrier Excellence Transformation projects in the Americas.

About the role

As an Associate Director, Carrier Excellence Transformation, you will act as a key partner to the organization leading high impact strategic transformation initiatives across Carrier Americas.

This role is focused on identifying critical business opportunities, designing structured solutions, and driving end-to-end execution to deliver measurable impact on cost, efficiency, and operational performance.

You will work closely with senior leadership, influencing key decisions while leading complex, cross-functional initiatives that directly impact the company’s P&L.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Associate Director, Carrier Excellence Transformation, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading all Carrier Excellence Transformation projects in the Americas
  • Identifying performance gaps across operations and defining high-impact transformation initiatives
  • Leading end-to-end execution of strategic projects focused on cost reduction, efficiency, and productivity improvement
  • Building and presenting business cases with clear financial impact (e.g., cost savings, operational improvements)
  • Managing cross-functional teams across supply chain, manufacturing, and business functions
  • Engaging with senior leadership (Directors, VPs) to align on priorities and report progress
  • Driving the implementation of Carrier Excellence methodologies (Lean, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma)
  • Coaching and developing teams to sustain transformation and continuous improvement culture

Requirements

We are looking for people who are analytical, structured, results-driven, and able to influence at senior levels. If this is you, get in touch.

As a minimum you must have:

  • Masters degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 8–12+ years of experience in consulting, operational excellence, or transformation roles
  • Proven experience leading large-scale, high-impact transformation or efficiency programs
  • Strong project management skills with end-to-end ownership of initiatives
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders (Director/VP/C-level)
  • Advanced English (professional working proficiency)
  • Willingness to travel (~40%) and ability to obtain a visa if required

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

  • Experience in top-tier consulting firms or leading industrial companies
  • Background in Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies Experience driving transformation in manufacturing or supply chain environments
  • Advanced degree (MBA or related field)
