Carrier Global Corporation, a global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions, seeks an Associate Director, Carrier Excellence Transformation, to partner with Americas leadership and drive structured, end-to-end transformation programs across supply chain, manufacturing and business functions.

You will build business cases with financial impact, coach teams, and report progress to Directors and VPs. Advanced English and 40% travel are required; an MBA is a plus.

Formación

• Masters degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8–12+ years of experience in consulting, operational excellence, or transformation roles.
• Experience leading large-scale, high-impact transformation or efficiency programs.
• Strong project management skills with end-to-end ownership of initiatives.
• Experience with senior stakeholders (Director/VP/C-level).
• Advanced English (professional working proficiency).
• Willingness to travel (~40%) and ability to obtain a visa if required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all Carrier Excellence Transformation projects in the Americas.
• Identify performance gaps across operations and define transformation initiatives.
• Own end-to-end execution of high-impact projects focusing on cost and productivity.
• Build and present business cases with clear financial impact.
• Manage cross-functional teams across supply chain, manufacturing, and business functions.
• Engage with senior leadership to align on priorities and report progress.
• Drive implementation of Lean, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma methodologies.
• Coach and develop teams to sustain transformation culture.
