Carrier Operations is looking for a high performance & goal oriented professional to lead Continuous Improvement initiatives throughout our factories including the full value stream (suppliers, internal operations and customers). Guide, coach and mentor the Carrier Excellence (Cx) Operating system thru a structured process and series of improvement initiatives in Manufacturing and Business processes. This position provides great visibility to each Site within BU’s as well as divisional WHQ. Success will be defined by the delivery of committed results in alignment with business goals, the improvement of the relevant KPI’s and the Cx adoption in the region as the recognized DNA. Candidate must be an expert in CI methodologies and tools to enable CI strategies across a region and to set systemic bias of action. This position will report to the Cx & Lean Americas Leader and be based in a Mfg site located in U.S.
