Carrier Global Corporation seeks a Senior Supervisor, Industrial Engineering to lead the Industrial Engineering function and drive a culture of Continuous Improvement. You will spearhead Kaizen, VSM, and SMED initiatives, develop team capabilities, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and performance.

The role requires proactive individuals with 5+ years in CI, 2+ years of team leadership, a degree in Industrial Engineering, and conversational English.

Formación

• At least 2 years of experience leading and developing teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Conversational English proficiency.

About The Role

As a Senior Supervisor, Industrial Engineering, you will lead the Industrial Engineering function and drive a culture of Continuous Improvement across the organization. You will spearhead Kaizen, VSM, and SMED initiatives, develop team capabilities, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and operational performance. This role serves as a key change agent, promoting innovation, efficiency, and sustainable business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Industrial Engineering department.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement projects.
• Coordinate Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and SMED events.
