Job summary

Sequoia Connect LLC in Mexicali is seeking an experienced OCM Consultant to lead organizational change efforts for SAP or S/4HANA implementations. The role requires on-site work, deep manufacturing process knowledge, and strong bilingual communication in English and Spanish.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, coordinate change activities, and ensure smooth adoption through effective translations and engagement.

Qualifications

• Consultant or Senior Consultant level professional with solid experience (8–12 years).
• Proven experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) tied to SAP or S/4HANA implementations.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing operations and related business processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.
• High-Performance Mindset: resilience, emotional intelligence, and agile delivery.
• Technologist DNA: understanding the difference between coding and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-site OCM activities, including stakeholder identification, roadshows, communications, and translations.
• Support on-site stakeholder engagement and communication to ensure smooth adoption.
• Translate OCM materials accurately from English to Spanish.

Your Profile (Requirements)

• Consultant or Senior Consultant level professional with solid experience (up to 8-12 years).
• Proven experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) specifically tied to SAP or S/4HANA implementations.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing operations and related business processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.
• Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering".

Desired

• Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English: For seamless collaboration with global teams.
