Cooper Standard Automotive in Mexico is seeking a Business Systems Analyst Associate to support IT by analyzing and documenting business processes and implementing technology solutions.

This role provides hands-on experience working with business stakeholders and IT teams to identify business needs, gather requirements, analyze data, support system implementations, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, IT, CS or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsabilidades

• Support IT projects, PoCs and pilot initiatives.
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
• Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Create process maps, workflow diagrams, and BRDs.
• Participate in meetings with business users, project teams, and IT personnel.
• Evaluate existing systems and recommend enhancements.
• Support testing activities and defect tracking.
• Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Participate in system implementation, upgrade and enhancement projects.
• Develop user training materials and documentation.
• Support change management and user adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business objectives.
• Document business processes, system configurations, and project deliverables.
