Chamberlain Group México is seeking a Business Analyst to partner with stakeholders, map current-state processes, and translate business needs into automation-ready requirements. You will coordinate cross-functional automation initiatives from discovery to delivery and support tests, training, and implementation.

The role requires 3+ years in business analysis or automation, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong collaboration with IT and external partners to deliver measurable value.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, project coordination, automation, operations, or a related field.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and supporting projects through design, testing, implementation, and post-go-live support.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, pain points, risks, and objectives; translate needs into requirements and business cases.
• Coordinate automation initiatives from discovery through implementation with documentation, risks, tests, and milestones.
• Serve as a liaison between business teams, IT, and external automation partners to ensure practical, well-documented solutions delivering value.
• Develop UAT plans, test cases, and traceability; coordinate business testing and sign-off.
• Support implementation, training, change management, go-live readiness, and post-launch support.
• Develop and maintain automation performance reporting: hours saved, cycle-time reduction, quality improvements, and value realized.
