Transocean is seeking a Lead Demand Planning professional to direct the Production Planning team and ensure on-time delivery. You will develop feasible schedules that align with business priorities and customer demand, coordinating across Materials, Warehouse, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Ops to resolve daily challenges.

The role requires 5+ years in planning with at least 3 years in leadership, and a strong ability to make data-driven decisions in a dynamic manufacturing

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Production Planning or related planning roles.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing planning teams.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, or related field.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven decision making in manufacturing environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach the Production Planning team to drive accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and execute production schedules aligned with priorities and demand.
• Coordinate with Materials, Warehouse, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, OP M, and OPD teams to resolve daily execution challenges and maintain operational flow.
• Facilitate daily production planning reviews to proactively identify risks, mitigate disruptions, and implement recovery plans.
• Drive planning excellence by balancing production attainment, inventory levels, capacity, and customer commitments.

We are looking for a Lead Demand Planning play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of our production plans while driving collaboration across multiple functions to meet customer expectations.

In this role, you will lead the Production Planning team, developing and executing achievable production schedules that maximize manufacturing output, optimize resources, and ensure on-time delivery to our customers.

What You'll Do

• Drive planning excellence by balancing production attainment, inventory levels, capacity, and customer commitments.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to support business growth and operational objectives.

What We're Looking For

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration , or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Production Planning, Supply Chain Planning, or Operations Planning.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience managing planning teams.
