Job summary

Indie Campers is looking for an Asset Specialist for the America region to drive daily operations, fleet availability, and customer satisfaction through strong asset-management processes.

You will own end-to-end procedures from vehicle management to logistics, engaging with local teams and external partners to ensure high-quality fleet servicing and cost control. Fluency in English is mandatory for this regional role.

Qualifications

• Background in Engineering, mechanical education, business management or similar education.
• Prone to action; takes initiative to address operational needs.
• Organised and analytical with data-driven decision making.
• Attention to detail and accurate procedures.
• Team player and collaborative mindset.
• Adaptable and resilient; handles unforeseen events to reach goals.
• Good communicator with clear coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand and execute regional asset-management procedures and fleet availability goals.
• Maximise fleet availability through in-fleeting, intervention and de-fleeting processes.
• Ensure local depots are stocked with required inventory and procure parts as needed.
• Support vehicle interventions with local operations teams.
• Coordinate actions between local teams and logistics partners.
• Develop fleet network by managing relationships with workshops and fleet partners.
• Contribute to cost control for vehicle operating in the region.
• Support regional expansion projects and initiatives.
