The role focuses on diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and body problems, developing SOPs, supporting on-road troubleshooting, and advising on repair spends and fleet investments to maximize efficiency and service quality.

Qualifikationen

• Engineering or related technical field background is required.
• Hands-on RV/campervan/fleet experience preferred.
• Knowledge of vehicle mechanical, electrical, and body systems.

Aufgaben

• Act as technical bridge across fleet, mechanics, operations, customer service, and sales.
• Assess and troubleshoot mechanical, body, and electrical issues.
• Develop and maintain damage trees, manuals, and SOPs for damage identification.
• Support Customer Service with on-road troubleshooting.
• Review repair needs and vehicle costs to inform fleet decisions.
• Advise on repair/ replacement decisions balancing condition and costs.
• Collaborate with regional teams to standardize knowledge.
• Work with external partners to resolve complex issues.
