Indie Campers, the go-to campervan marketplace, is seeking a People Analyst at our headquarters. You’ll identify, attract, and hire talent aligned with our values to fuel a growing team and deliver exceptional service.

You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment across North America, build pipelines, analyze hiring metrics, and support onboarding, data management, and HR processes to ensure a smooth employee experience and scalable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology, or related field.
• Up to 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or People Operations.
• Experience managing recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Problem-solving with attention to detail and proactive approach.
• Curiosity and continuous improvement mindset; able to challenge status quo.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across North America, partnering with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future workforce needs while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
• Analyze hiring metrics and continuously improve recruitment effectiveness, speed, and quality.
• Support the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, compensation changes, internal mobility, and compliance-related processes.
• Ensure HR systems, policies, and people processes are executed accurately and efficiently to support a growing organization.
• Partner with managers to enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall employee experience.
• Support the implementation of people programs and initiatives that strengthen culture, performance, and organizational effectiveness.
• Contribute to strategic HR projects focused on organizational growth, process optimization, automation, and scalability.
