Indie Campers in Mexico City is seeking a Fleet Expert to act as a technical bridge across fleet, mechanics, operations, customer service and sales, helping ensure vehicles are properly assessed, maintained, and managed throughout their lifecycle.

You will focus on providing expert guidance on RV and vehicle mechanical, body, and electrical issues, centralizing knowledge to support consistent decision-making, and developing damage trees, manuals, SOPs, and repair guidelines.

Formación

• Engineering or related technical field with hands-on RV/fleet experience.
• Strong problem-solving and proactive work style.
• Organized, analytical, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication with internal teams and partners.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the technical bridge across fleet, mechanics, operations, customer service, and sales.
• Assess and troubleshoot mechanical, body, and electrical issues.
• Develop, maintain, and centralize damage trees, manuals, and SOPs for damage identification and repair.
• Support Customer Service with on-road troubleshooting and guide teams on technical issues.
• Review repair needs and costs to support cost-effective fleet decisions.
• Advise on repair and replacement decisions balancing vehicle condition and cost.
• Partner with regional and local teams to improve fleet processes and consistency in assessments.
• Work with internal teams and external technical partners to resolve complex vehicle issues.
