Qualifications

• Engineering, mechanical, or business management background.
• Able to take initiative and coordinate fleet management tasks.
• Strong data-driven approach to prioritise tasks.
• Excellent time management and multitasking.
• Clear communication with local teams and partners.
• Fluent English is required.

Responsibilities

• Improve asset-management procedures for the region.
• Maximise fleet availability via in-fleeting and de-fleeting.
• Ensure stocked local inventory and procurement of spare parts.
• Support vehicle interventions and maintenance with operations.
• Coordinate with local teams and logistics partners to move the fleet.
• Develop fleet network by engaging with workshops and partners.
• Contribute to regional expansion projects.
