Lincoln Motor Company is seeking a Floor Leader to coordinate daily assembly operations in a high-speed automotive environment. You will lead operators and Team Leaders, ensuring on-time engine delivery while maintaining safety, ergonomics, and adherence to standardized work.

You will monitor line throughput, mentor staff, and coordinate with maintenance for safe, continuous production. English proficiency is required; a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business is preferred.

Qualificações

• leadership and coaching of operators and team leaders
• strong focus on safety, ergonomics, and PPE compliance
• ability to monitor line flow and hit production targets (JPH)
• ensure adherence to standardized work and change controls
• early defect containment and traceability
• conduct daily safety talks and drive engagement
• enforce LOTO and machine guarding protocols
• 2–4+ years in automotive manufacturing on high-speed lines
• English proficiency at level B2–C1–C2

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coordinate, and facilitate daily assembly operations to meet engine volume and throughput.
• Mentor operators and Team Leaders, resolving friction and promoting teamwork.
• Monitor line flow second by second to hit JPH and respond to bottlenecks.
• Audits standardized work to prevent skipping steps or altering instructions.
• Contain first-line quality issues to prevent defects reaching testing.
• Lead daily 5-minute safety talks and promote safe work practices.
• Oversee ergonomics to prevent fatigue at high strain stations.
• Inspect PPE usage and report unsafe conditions or near misses.
• Ensure operators respect guards, light curtains, and maintenance procedures.
