Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years in industrial maintenance on automotive shop floor.
• English proficiency: B2–C1–C2.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electromechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the maintenance team to maximize operational uptime.
• Respond to unscheduled downtime with rapid, disciplined execution of TPM/MOS.
• Ensure 100% adherence to LOTO / ZES safety standards and energy isolation.
• Troubleshoot silicone dispense cells, robot paths, and torque tools.
• Log activities in Maximo and manage spares for rebuilds or warranty claims.
