Flex is seeking an Associate Security Supervisor in North Guadalajara to ensure a safe work environment for operations. You will support teams that create excellent products and contribute to growth by protecting assets and implementing security measures.

The role requires experience with CCTV, access control, and networked security systems, plus familiarity with ISO 27001 and related standards. A related bachelor’s degree is expected, and English is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related.
• Experience performing asset security in manufacturing or corporate facilities.
• Knowledge of CCTV, access control, intrusion alarms, and related electronic equipment.
• Experience with network infrastructure connected to security systems.
• Basic to intermediate programming for security platforms, automation, or system integrations.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, CTPAT, TAPA, ISO 9001, or similar certifications is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience coordinating suppliers, audits, investigations, and security-related projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• English conversational is a plus.

A typical day includes:

• Experience performing a similar role in asset security, monitoring security systems, and implementing security measures within manufacturing or corporate facilities.
• Knowledge of electronic security systems, including CCTV, access control systems, intrusion alarms, and related electronic equipment.
• Experience with network infrastructure and connectivity related to security systems.
• Basic to intermediate programming and troubleshooting skills for security platforms, automation, or system integrations.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with security certifications, standards, and compliance requirements (ISO 27001, CTPAT, TAPA, ISO 9001, or similar certifications is a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience coordinating suppliers, audits, investigations, and security-related projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• English conversational is a plus.
