Flex in Guadalajara is seeking an Associate Security Supervisor to ensure a safe work environment for operations and protect assets. The role focuses on CCTV, access control, alarms, and coordination of audits and security-related projects.

• Familiarity with ISO 27001, CTPAT, ISO 9001 is a plus.

If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.

Job Description

To support our outstanding teams who create excellent products and contribute to our growth, we are seeking a Asociate Security Supervisor in North Guadalajara. Your objective is to ensure a safe work environment for operations.

• Experience performing a similar role in asset security, monitoring security systems, and implementing security measures within manufacturing or corporate facilities.
• Knowledge of electronic security systems, including CCTV, access control systems, intrusion alarms, and related electronic equipment.
• Experience with network infrastructure and connectivity related to security systems.
• Basic to intermediate programming and troubleshooting skills for security platforms, automation, or system integrations.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with security certifications, standards, and compliance requirements (ISO 27001, CTPAT, TAPA, ISO 9001, or similar certifications is a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience coordinating suppliers, audits, investigations, and security-related projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• English conversational is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in a related field ( Industrial Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related).
