Flex is seeking an Integration Processes Supervisor in Guadalajara, North Campus to lead manual assembly and integration operations in a 100% manual environment. You will manage a skilled team, ensure quality and efficiency, and drive continuous improvement across production lines.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multiple production lines in a highly technical manual environment.
• Manage a team of engineers/officers to meet quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness targets.
• Review performance and advise on changes to improve efficiency and quality.
• Troubleshoot operational problems and coach operators to raise capability.
• Develop and propose plant improvement projects with engineers.
• Provide technical and operational guidance for integration and assembly processes.

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Integration Processes Supervisor located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Integration Processes Supervisor is responsible for leading manual assembly and integration processes within a 100% manual manufacturing environment, ensuring quality, responsiveness, and operational efficiency.

What a typical day looks like:

• Responsible for the production of several processes/lines in a highly technical environment.


• Manages a team of professionals (e.g., engineers/officers) to meet quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness requirements.


• Reviews daily/regularly plant operating performance, evaluate areas that may be impacting performance, and advise on changes in operating conditions that will improve efficiency/quality.


• Troubleshoots/analyses operational problems and advises on their resolution. Holds regular discussions with operators to coach performance and improve operational understanding/capability.


• Evaluate ideas for plant improvements and work with qualified engineers to develop project proposals to encourage improvements and changes.


• Provides technical/operational advice to project teams. Lead manual integration and assembly processes from screw-driving operations to final packaging.


• Supervise testing activities including pilot runs, leak testing, ICT, and functional and drying tests.


• Coordinate unit assembly on test equipment and ensure compliant builds.


• React with urgency to quality, safety, or productivity deviations.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.


• Sr experience in as a planner or a similar position.


• Basic- intermediate English.


• Background in Electronics, Automotive, Mechatronics, or related field.


• Experience in manual assembly, integration processes, and electronic testing.


• Proven people management and operational leadership experience.


• Strong sense of urgency, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.


• Knowledge Excel (pivot tables) and ERP systems (BAAN, FlexFlow).


• Schedule flexibility.


• Advanced Excel.


• Strong Experience on efficient control.
