Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or Human Resources.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll processing and knowledge of labor law.
• In-depth knowledge of Mexican payroll regulations, IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR, and SAT requirements.
• Proficiency in payroll software and HRIS systems.
• Excellent analytical skills and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Strong Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and efficiently for all employees in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all Mexican labor laws, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and tax regulations.
• Manage payroll data, including new hires, terminations, salary changes, and deductions.
• Prepare and submit all necessary payroll reports to government agencies and internal stakeholders.
• Reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies or issues promptly.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in labor legislation and advise management on potential impacts.
