Qualificações

• Proven experience in homeowners insurance sales.
• Valid insurance license required.
• Remote-friendly candidate with excellent virtual communication.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct virtual consultations to assess homeowners' insurance needs.
• Explain policy options, coverage, and exclusions to clients.
• Assist clients with applications and policy changes remotely.
• Support renewals and manage ongoing client relationships.
• Guide clients through the claims process and ensure timely resolutions.
• Maintain CRM data and meet sales/service targets.
• Stay updated on homeowner insurance trends and regulations.
• Leverage technology for remote interactions and data management.
• Collaborate with a remote insurance team to achieve goals.
