Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Valid insurance license for Auto and Home in Mexico.
• Experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Proficiency with CRM and sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and follow up on inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quotes and proposals, and guide clients through the application and binding process.
• Service existing policyholders by addressing inquiries, processing endorsements, and assisting with renewals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and encourage referrals.
• Meet and exceed established sales goals and performance targets.
• Stay current with product offerings, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Process policy changes and claimFirst Notice of Loss (FNOL) as needed.

Requirements
