Placements24 is seeking a motivated Agente de Seguros Especializado to join a fully remote team. Focus on selling and servicing auto and home policies for individuals and families, leveraging technology to connect with clients and manage the sales pipeline from home in Morelia, Michoacán and surrounding areas.

The role requires strong sales skills and a solid understanding of auto and home insurance products, with licensing support provided and the potential for performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Valid insurance license for Auto and Home in Mexico.
• Experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Proficiency with CRM and sales tools.

Responsabilités

• Generate leads and follow up on inquiries.
• Consult with clients to assess auto and home insurance needs.
• Explain policy options, coverage and pricing clearly.
• Prepare quotes and guide clients through applications and binding.
• Service policyholders, process endorsements, and assist renewals.
• Build relationships to foster loyalty and referrals.
• Meet sales goals and stay updated on products and competitors.
• Process policy changes and FNOL as needed.
• Stay informed on market trends.
