About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage programs aimed at increasing the employment of individuals from diverse backgrounds, including persons with disabilities, ethnic minorities, and older workers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with employers to understand their hiring needs and promote inclusive recruitment practices.
• Provide guidance and support to job seekers, assisting them with resume building, interview preparation, and career counseling.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for employers on diversity, inclusion, and unconscious bias.
• Facilitate partnerships with educational institutions, government agencies, and community non‑profits to enhance program reach and effectiveness.
• Track program metrics, analyze data on employment outcomes, and prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Stay informed about labor laws, regulations, and best practices related to equal employment opportunity and inclusion.
• Advocate for inclusive workplace policies and practices among employers.
• Organize job fairs and networking events focused on promoting inclusive hiring.
• Provide ongoing support to both employers and employees to ensure successful integration and retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in human resources, workforce development, diversity and inclusion, or a related field, with a focus on employment programs.
• Proven experience in developing and managing employment-related initiatives or programs.
• Strong understanding of labor market dynamics, recruitment strategies, and inclusive hiring practices.
• Excellent networking, communication, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with employers and diverse job seeker populations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HR or CRM software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations in Mexico.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
