The Standard, Mexico City is seeking a Bakery Chef de Partie to craft breads, breakfast pastries, and artisanal baked goods for our luxury hotel. You will join a creative culinary team, ensuring quality, consistency, and presentation across all bakery products.

As Bakery Chef de Partie, you will support the Pastry Chef, manage inventory, and uphold HACCP standards while bringing creativity and precision to every bake for a memorable guest experience.

Formación

• Experience as a Bakery Chef de Partie or Baker in a luxury hotel, boutique property, or high-end bakery.
• Strong knowledge of bread production, dough fermentation, lamination, and artisan baking techniques.
• Passion for quality, craftsmanship, and continuous learning.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and bake a variety of artisan breads, viennoiserie, breakfast pastries, and specialty baked goods.
• Ensure exceptional quality, consistency, and presentation across all bakery products.
• Support the Pastry Chef in daily bakery operations and production planning.
• Maintain proper inventory, product rotation, and food cost awareness.
• Follow the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, and HACCP procedures.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to deliver memorable guest experiences throughout the hotel.
• Bring creativity, attention to detail, and pride to every product you create.
