Servicios Comerciales Amazon Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V. is seeking an Area Manager to lead and develop a team of Amazon Associates in a distribution warehouse environment.

You will mentor and coach staff, ensuring safety, quality, attendance, and engagement across shifts. The role emphasizes servant leadership, policy communication, and continuous improvement. The position involves managing 30 to 100 associates, with shift rotations and non-remote work.

Formación

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
• Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal
• Bachelor's degree
• 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
• MBA, or Master's degree

Responsabilidades

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of 30 to 100 Amazon Associates.
• Communicate policies to Associates and act as the primary information source for the team, maintaining compliance, consistency, and taking corrective action when needed.
• Create, manage, and support recognition and communication programs.
• Support all safety programs and OSHA compliance to ensure a safe work environment for all Associates.
• Ensure procedures are followed for building security and product loss prevention.
• Partner with the management team to establish and maintain quality control standards.
• Develop performance goals and objectives to achieve customer demand and ensure accuracy and quality.
• This role requires to work on a 4x3 or 5x2 journal.
• The position rotates shifts at least 2-3 times per year.
• This is not a remote position.

Basic Qualifications
