Solera Corporation seeks an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to oversee Billing and Collections. You will lead a 10–25 person team, ensuring timely invoicing, accurate account management, and effective follow-up on past-due balances.

You will monitor KPIs, provide coaching, manage escalations, and partner with Sales and Finance to resolve discrepancies, driving cash collection targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or related field.
• 3+ years in Accounts Receivable or billing, with 1–2 years in supervision.
• Experience with ERP/CRM and data reporting.
• Strong English and stakeholder communication.

• Lead daily AR Billing and Collections operations, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
