Arrow Electronics is seeking a Collections / Accounts Receivable Associate in Guadalajara. You will manage payment collection, negotiate plans with customers, and resolve disputes to maintain strong client relationships.

The role requires 1–2 years of experience, solid English communication, and independence in daily tasks. The position sits in the Credit and Collections team, working with US, Canada and international clients.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in collections or AR roles.
• Strong negotiating abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; fluent in English.
• Ability to work independently with little guidance.
• Ability to build and maintain effective business relationships with clients.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound and outbound calls to collect payment from customers and negotiate payment plans.
• Determine reasons for non-payment and follow up on disputes to collect balances.
• Take action on accounts (credit holds, placement with collections, holding orders).
• Collaborate with sales teams across regions to review orders and release limits based on research.
