Vertiv is seeking an Applications Engineer in Mexico City to develop service solutions aligned with customer needs and RFPs. You will leverage the Quote Configurator to support Sales Engineers and produce tailored proposals that reflect scope, technical specifications, and profitability.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in applications engineering or related roles, strong English skills, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and client specs. Collaboration with global teams is essential.

Formación

2–4 years in applications engineering, technical sales support, proposal generation, or related operations.
Advanced English (B2+/C1) written and verbal for global stakeholder interaction.
Strong ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and client specs.

Responsabilidades

Develop clear, concise service solution proposals from customer requirements.
Apply Quote Configurator to provide comprehensive quote support to Sales Engineers.
Ensure proposals reflect proper scope, required specs, and Vertiv profitability.
Apply engineering competencies to identify applicable service requirements.
Collaborate with sales to define incremental scope based on audits and testing.
