Capgemini Engineering MX está buscando un profesional para brindar soporte de segundo y tercer nivel a aplicaciones empresariales basadas en .NET. Se encargará de investigar incidentes, depurar código y aplicar correcciones, además de optimizar consultas y procesos SQL.

El candidato ideal tiene 5+ años de experiencia en soporte de aplicaciones, experiencia con C#, ASP.NET y SQL Server, y dominio de ITIL. Se valoran habilidades de comunicación en inglés y capacidad de trabajo con equipos

• 5+ años de experiencia en Soporte de Aplicaciones o similar.

Responsabilidades

• Proporcionar soporte L2/L3 para aplicaciones .NET críticas del negocio.
• Depurar, investigar incidentes y aplicar correcciones o mejoras menores.
• Optimizar y mantener bases de datos SQL Server (procedimientos, vistas, funciones).
• Analizar causas raíz de fallos, inconsistencias y cuellos de botella.
• Colaborar con equipos de desarrollo, QA y negocio para lanzamientos y mejoras.

Your Role

• Provide L2/L3 support for business-critical .NET applications, including incident investigation, debugging, and implementing fixes or minor enhancements.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain SQL Server databases, stored procedures, views, functions, triggers, and complex queries.
• Perform root cause analysis for application issues, data inconsistencies, and performance bottlenecks, documenting findings and solutions.
• Monitor and support SSIS packages, SQL Agent jobs, and data integration processes to ensure system reliability and data accuracy.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams to support releases, deployments, change requests, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Profile

• 5+ years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, or a related role supporting enterprise applications.
• Strong experience with SQL Server, including query optimization, indexing, execution plans, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core, including code-level troubleshooting, debugging, and log analysis.
• Knowledge of SSIS, SQL Agent, incident management tools (ServiceNow, Jira), and ITIL-based support processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a strong focus on ownership and attention to detail.
• Advanced English communication skills.
