Job summary

Capgemini Mexico is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to transform business requirements into clear technical specifications and maintain detailed User Stories. You will collaborate with Product Owners, Technology Leads, and Data teams to ensure end-to-end process alignment and production support for business applications.

The role requires 4–5 years in Agile contexts, strong communication skills, and hands-on experience with Jira and Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or a similar role within Agile environments.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience working with cross‑functional product teams.
• Hands‑on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile project management tools, as well as Visio and BPMN process modeling.

• Create and maintain detailed User Stories, ensuring all business context, requirements, and supporting analysis are available to development teams.

Your Profile

• 4-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or a similar role within Agile environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with the ability to bridge business and technical teams.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience working with cross‑functional product teams.
• Hands‑on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile project management tools, as well as Visio and BPMN process modeling.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with knowledge of data modeling, business processes, and software development lifecycles.
• Advanced English communication skills.
