Formación

• 5+ años de experiencia en Application/Production Support.
• Experiencia con SQL Server, consultas y rendimiento.
• Experiencia con C#, ASP.NET y .NET Core.
• Conocimiento de SSIS, SQL Agent, herramientas de gestión de incidentes.
• Habilidades de análisis, resolución de problemas y comunicación.

Responsabilidades

• Brindar soporte L2/L3 para aplicaciones empresariales críticas (.NET).
• Investigar incidentes, depurar y aplicar correcciones o mejoras menores.
• Realizar análisis de causa raíz de problemas de aplicación, datos y rendimiento.
• Monitorear SSIS, trabajos de SQL Agent y procesos de integración de datos.
• Colaborar con desarrollo, QA y negocio para soportar lanzamientos y cambios.

Your Role

• Provide L2/L3 support for business‑critical .NET applications, including incident investigation, debugging, and implementing fixes or minor enhancements.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain SQL Server databases, stored procedures, views, functions, triggers, and complex queries.
• Perform root cause analysis for application issues, data inconsistencies, and performance bottlenecks, documenting findings and solutions.
• Monitor and support SSIS packages, SQL Agent jobs, and data integration processes to ensure system reliability and data accuracy.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams to support releases, deployments, change requests, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Profile

• 5+ years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, or a related role supporting enterprise applications.
• Strong experience with SQL Server, including query optimization, indexing, execution plans, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• Hands‑on experience with C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core, including code‑level troubleshooting, debugging, and log analysis.
• Knowledge of SSIS, SQL Agent, incident management tools (ServiceNow, Jira), and ITIL‑based support processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a strong focus on ownership and attention to detail.
• Advanced English communication skills.
