Brillio seeks an Application Support Analyst to provide ongoing production support for healthcare applications in a dynamic, tech-forward environment.

You will troubleshoot issues, monitor system performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate functionality and compliance, while participating in deployments and testing activities including UAT, regression, and integration testing.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, healthcare informatics, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of application or systems support experience.
• Experience with production support in a mission-critical environment.
• Experience with healthcare applications or EHR systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day production support for healthcare applications with high availability.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve application issues; escalate when needed.
• Monitor performance, identify trends, and address potential issues proactively.
• Support clinical or payer systems and participate in implementations, upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
• Collaborate with business users, vendors, developers, and infrastructure to resolve incidents.
• Perform business or systems analysis and support testing activities (UAT, regression, integration).

Application Support Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day production support for healthcare applications, ensuring high system availability and performance.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve application issues, escalating complex problems when necessary.
• Monitor application performance, identify trends, and proactively address potential issues.
• Support clinical and/or payer systems, ensuring accurate functionality and compliance with organizational requirements.
• Participate in application implementations, upgrades, patches, and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with business users, vendors, developers, and infrastructure teams to resolve incidents and implement solutions.
• Perform business and systems analysis to gather requirements, document workflows, and recommend process improvements.
• Develop and execute software testing activities, including system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in application support or systems support.
• Experience supporting healthcare applications (nice to have)
• Experience supporting Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (nice to have)
• Experience supporting clinical and/or payer systems (nice to have)
• Experience with production support in a mission-critical environment.
• Experience participating in application implementations and system deployments.
• Experience conducting business or systems analysis.
• Experience with software testing methodologies, including UAT, regression, and integration testing.
