Brillio is seeking a Salesforce CRM Administrator in the Mexico region to gather and document requirements, configure declarative tools, and support data management. You will participate in Agile ceremonies and UAT test scripts.

Ideal candidates have 2 years of Salesforce CRM experience, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and knowledge of Lightning Experience and reports. This role offers a collaborative environment and opportunities for growth.

Formación

• 2 years of Salesforce CRM experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (nice to have)
• Knowledge of Salesforce objects, fields, flows, Lightning Experience, and reports.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and process flows.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
• Configure Salesforce using declarative tools, including flows, validation rules, and page layouts.
• Support data management activities, including data imports, cleansing, and reporting.
• Create and execute UAT test scripts and participate in Agile ceremonies.
