Jobtailor seeks an entry-level Epic healthcare application support specialist to join our team in Mexico. You will perform routine maintenance, testing, documentation, and basic troubleshooting under supervision, with a focus on Epic modules used in ambulatory and payer workflows.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field is preferred.
• Exposure to Epic terminology, workflows, or healthcare IT concepts is advantageous.
• Familiarity with software testing principles and validation processes is expected.
• Experience with Epic modules such as Ambulatory, Healthy Planet, MyChart, Cadence, or Prelude is preferred.
• Exposure to payer-platform workflows including claims, enrollment, or care management is beneficial.
• Comfort with following structured procedures and documenting technical work accurately.
• Willingness to pursue Epic certification or training based on performance and eligibility.

Requirements

• Entry-level role for candidates with at least 0-2 years of relevant experience, including exposure to application support or healthcare technology
• Basic proficiency with Jira or similar ticketing and documentation tools
• Familiarity with healthcare application support or enterprise technology environments
• Understanding of software testing principles and validation processes
• Exposure to Epic terminology, workflows, or healthcare IT concepts
• Ability to follow structured procedures and document technical work accurately
• Experience with Epic modules such as Ambulatory, Healthy Planet, MyChart, Cadence, or Prelude preferred
• Exposure to payer-platform workflows including claims, enrollment, or care management preferred
• Familiarity with security, privacy, or compliance requirements in healthcare technology preferred
• Basic knowledge of SQL or data querying for support and validation tasks preferred
• Experience with software testing or systems analysis in healthcare settings preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field desired
• Interest in pursuing Epic certification or training based on performance and eligibility
• Completion of healthcare orientation or Epic terminology education preferred
• Comfortable working U.S. business hours
• Committed to long-term specialization in Epic healthcare technology
