Nordic Healthcare Group (NHG) is seeking an Application Portfolio Management Analyst I to support planning, budgeting, intake, deployment, utilization, optimization, and retirement of applications. The role involves rationalization, data migration, and ensuring compliance across the lifecycle.

Ideal candidates will understand ITIL processes, possess strong analytical and communication skills, and work effectively in a healthcare IT environment. Travel is possible for on-site engagements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, Computer Sciences, or related field; 8+ years industry experience.
• 3-5+ years experience in healthcare IT or equivalent IT application analyst role.
• Experience with ITIL-aligned service management (Incident, Request, Change).
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Track software applications and assets using inventory tools.
• Assess new applications for defined requirements and capabilities.
• Identify overlapping functionalities for rationalization.
• Facilitate decommission of outdated applications with data integrity.
• Migrate historical data from legacy apps to new systems or archive it.
• Maintain architecture documentation and system dependency maps.
• Lead small analyst projects and communicate project status.
