Nordic Global is seeking a Workday Security Analyst to provide advanced support for clinical and business applications within the Managed Services division. The role requires deep knowledge of healthcare security landscapes and responsible handling of support requests, documentation, and vendor relationships.

You will manage Workday security frameworks, conduct audits, and collaborate with integrations to safeguard sensitive payroll and organizational data.

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on Workday Security configuration, user access reviews, and tenant maintenance.

Responsabilidades

• Workday Security Framework Management: Manage and optimize core Workday security components (Role-Based, User-Based, Domain, and Business Process security groups).
• Audit & Cleanup: Lead security group audit cleanups to enforce least-privilege standards.
• Advanced Group Logic: Build and maintain Rule-Based, Intersection, Aggregation, and Segment-Based security groups.
• Network Guardrails: Maintain tenant-level security settings and authentication rules.
• Reporting, Integration & Layout Security: Secure access for Workday report data embedded into downstream layouts.
• High-Visibility Reporting: Govern security restrictions for payroll and organizational data.
• Integration Security: Configure and manage Integration System Users and Security Groups.
