Nordic Global is seeking an Application Analyst I to provide frontline support for clinical and business applications within the Managed Services division. This is ideal for recent entrants who have gained applications certifications or preliminary experience.

You will respond to support requests, manage documentation, and collaborate with vendors and team members. Some roles may require participation in an on-call rotation to provide 24x7 support and travel as necessary to support the business.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in healthcare IT or equivalent IT application analyst role.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to application support requests and incidents within defined SLAs.
• Manage application and team documentation for accuracy and relevancy.
• Establish and maintain relationships with software vendors for high-level support.
• Assist in planning and executing application upgrades and security patches.
• Participate in smaller analyst-led projects and learn basic project management tasks.
• Learn clinically integrated hospital and physician office workflows.
• Comply with all written team policies and procedures.
• Understand the full application lifecycle including implementations and decommissioning.
• Advance knowledge with mentor during first 12 months.
