Healthtech Inc is seeking a Data Analyst to translate and program large data sets into actionable insights across Finance, HR, and other business units. You will interface with stakeholders, design reports, and ensure data quality from the warehouse.

Responsibilities include building recurring extracts, developing data governance, and delivering validated reports using Tableau or Power BI. A healthcare setting experience is preferred, and travel may be required.

Formación

• Experience translating requirements into SQL and data analysis.
• BI tools proficiency: Tableau or Power BI.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, understand, acquire, merge, and transform data from a centralized data warehouse.
• Translate data needs of the business to structure and provide recurring data extracts or develop custom solutions for strategic problems.
• Develop and document ongoing maintenance of a data governance operation.
• Develop auditing and validation processes between the source systems and the centralized data warehouse to ensure accurate and timely availability of data.
• Develop, test, and deliver reports and extracts from the centralized data warehouse using appropriate BI tools.
• Integrate data from multiple sources (e.g., public datasets, Excel reports, data warehouse).
• Work with cross-functional, agile teams to build and deliver solutions.

The Data Analyst is responsible for translating and programming vast amounts of data into understandable, relevant, and actionable information. The analyst interfaces with business units (Finance, HR, etc.) across the organization to provide business insights and design and deliver reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, understand, acquire, merge, and transform data from a centralized data warehouse.

• Develop, test, and deliver reports and extracts from the centralized data warehouse using appropriate BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Math, Business, or Information Systems and 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Data Analyst role, preferably in a healthcare setting; or 8 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience translating requirements into SQL and data analysis.

Travel to support business objectives as needed.
