EY GDS is seeking an Application Managed Services Manager to oversee portfolios and applications, acting as the escalation point and delivering governance, budgeting, and delivery oversight. You will coordinate with external support teams and internal EY stakeholders to ensure service quality and continuous improvement.

The role requires SAP SuccessFactors/Employee Central expertise, ITIL framework knowledge, and strong vendor management skills.

Formación

• Degree in Computer Science or business-related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in application services or client/supplier management in a tech environment.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and HR IT lifecycle.

Responsabilidades

• Own AMS for a portfolio or application and be single point of contact.
• Coordinate with TCS/IBM teams for issue resolution and deliverables.
• Manage budgets and governance; drive service improvements.
• Handle P1/P2 escalations and 24/7 on-call coverage.
• Maintain relationships with business stakeholders and EY Talent IT.
