Genpact is seeking a Specialist - F&A - AP to support accounts payable activities in a hybrid role based in Nuevo León, Mexico. You will manage invoice processing, verify data, and ensure accuracy in AP records while adhering to policies.

The role requires a finance or accounting degree and proficiency with ERP systems, strong attention to detail, and fluency in English and Spanish. Hybrid work model with daily business expectations and cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor-level finance/accounting degree required or equivalent.
• Experience in accounts payable and invoice processing.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and AP controls.

Responsabilidades

• Calculate, post business transactions, and process invoices for AP records.
• Process PO and non-PO invoices and verify totals with discounts.
• Vendor reconciliation and payment cycles, GRIR processes.
• Identify AP improvements and ensure compliant processes per policy.
