Formación

• Degrees: Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance; Masters in Finance is acceptable.
• Bachelors in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance; Masters in Finance preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Calculate, post business transactions and process invoices in AP records.
• Process PO and Non-PO invoices and verify data accuracy.
• Review invoices and requisitions for payment approval.
• Ensure quality of AP processes and handle non-standard processes.
• Verify extensions and totals on invoices; apply discounts when possible.
• Check vendor files for prior payments and assign voucher numbers.
• Identify and implement AP improvements; vendor reconciliation and payments.
