Johnson Electric Group Mexico, S. de R.L. de C.V. is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst – Indirect Expenses to manage supplier invoices, payments, and reconciliations for Mexican entities. The role requires processing high volumes, ensuring accuracy, and coordinating with global teams.

The position emphasizes English communication, collaboration with US/Europe/China partners, and strict month-end and quarterly closings. Onsite in Zacatecas, Mexico, with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of accounting experience with a focus on Accounts Payable.
• Solid knowledge of AP processes, cash flow, reconciliations, accruals, journal entries, and general accounting principles.
• Experience with Oracle ERP and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Record supplier invoices and credit notes for national, foreign, and intercompany transactions.
• Process approximately 900 to 1,100 invoices per month for supplies, spare parts, samples, and services.
• Verify transactions are accurate, properly authorized, and supported by documentation.
• Investigate and resolve pricing, quantity, receipt, and duplicate-payment discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal departments and intercompany partners to resolve payment issues.
• Execute monthly Accounts Payable closing activities and reconcile AP subledgers.
