MSCI Inc. is seeking a Sr. Associate, Client Service for its Private Assets team in Monterrey. You will advise institutional investors, support Private i platform usage, and help shape product enhancements through close collaboration with Product, Engineering and Sales teams.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional client service, building trusted relationships, and guiding clients through complex analytics to support smarter investment decisions in private markets.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business.
• 6–8+ years of experience in Financial Services, Investment Management, FinTech, or related industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Become a subject matter expert on the Private i platform.
• Partner with institutional investors to understand workflows and objectives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and resolve complex product questions.
• Deliver exceptional product support and timely client inquiries resolution.
• Build long-term client relationships through proactive engagement and follow-ups.
• Lead platform demonstrations, onboarding sessions, and trainings.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and other teams to validate enhancements.
• Represent the voice of the client within MSCI to support clients.
