Job summary

RXO Inc. is seeking a Transportation Analyst to support remote operations in Mexico.

You will coordinate inventory control, monitor units via satellite, and manage the entry process in warehouse facilities to ensure timely loading and unloading. Responsibilities include supervising loading activities, ensuring safety and compliance, exporting unit documentation, and serving as the liaison among Coyote, transport lines, and the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Inventory control: liaise with warehouse on real-time production and POs assigned to Coyote and carrier lines.
• Unit satellite tracking: monitor units for coordinated entry and exit from warehouse.
• Unit entry: coordinate operator ingress based on loading times and warehouse space.
• Loading operations supervision: coordinate and supervise cargo loading activities in the warehouse.
• Safety and compliance: ensure operators have safety gear and follow plant/warehouse guidelines.
• Unit exit: manage exit documentation (CCP) and satellite unit in operation.
• Communication and coordination: act as liaison between Coyote, carrier lines and warehouse.
• Problem solving: identify and resolve operational issues during loading/unloading.
• Reporting and documentation: maintain accurate daily activity records and report deviations.
