Job summary

Cucina Capitale is seeking a detail-oriented HR Analyst in Zapopan, Jalisco, MX for a hybrid role that combines remote work with in-office collaboration. You will support data analysis, reporting, onboarding, HRIS management, and HR projects, working with the HR team to ensure accurate HR operations and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field.
• Internship or entry-level HR experience with a data/analytics focus is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and HR software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to generate reports and identify trends.
• Maintain and update the HR Information System (HRIS).
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
• Administer employee benefits and respond to inquiries.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Support HR projects related to talent management, performance, and engagement.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR systems and reports.
• Prepare regular HR metrics and dashboards for management review.
• Assist with compliance-related activities.
• Contribute to process improvements within HR.
