Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in an HR support role or as an HR Assistant.
• Familiarity with core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and HRIS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Assist in recruitment processes, including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding for new hires, ensuring documentation is completed.
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Assist with administration of employee benefits programs.
• Prepare HR reports and analyze HR data as needed.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Support HR team with administrative tasks and special projects.
• Help organize and coordinate virtual employee engagement activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.
