• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field.
• Internship or entry-level HR experience with a data/analytics focus is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and HR software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Spanish.
